We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To provide you with flexibility and peace of mind, we offer the following cancellation options for hotel bookings and tourist trips:
Hotel Reservations
Free Cancellation: We offer free cancellation up to 72-24 hours before check-in. Please check the cancellation terms listed on your booking confirmation.
Non-Refundable Bookings: Some discounted rates are non refundable. These will be clearly marked during the booking process.
Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Cancellations made after the deadline or failure to show up may result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay or the full booking amount, depending on the hotel’s policy.
Tourist Trips & Excursions
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 48-24 hours before the trip may be eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip, or no-shows, are non-refundable due to operational costs and pre-arranged logistics
